These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the winph 2 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing winph 2, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the winph 2 website, mobile web interface, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). winph 2 operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the winph 2 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Access to real-money gaming services on winph 2 is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulation and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing licensed gaming operations. No exception to this age restriction exists.

When registering on winph 2, you warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winph 2 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
winph 2 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions.
winph 2 is required under PAGCOR licensing conditions and applicable Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations to conduct identity verification on all accounts. Players must cooperate fully with all KYC requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification is complete.

Deposit funds are credited to your winph 2 Wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor. Processing times vary by channel — GCash and Maya deposits typically clear within 60 seconds, while bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking day.
winph 2 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for understanding any such charges.
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible.
winph 2 targets withdrawal processing within 1–3 hours for GCash and Maya for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), winph 2 is required to monitor transactions for suspicious activity, report covered and suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and conduct enhanced due diligence on high-value or unusual transactions. Attempting to use winph 2 to launder funds constitutes a criminal offense under Philippine law.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by winph 2 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. These are stated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion. For example, a welcome bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a PHP 1,000 bonus requires PHP 30,000 in qualifying wagers before any withdrawal may be made against those bonus funds.
winph 2 reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player or group of Players has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using prohibited staking strategies to reduce wagering risk, collusion, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotional offer.
winph 2's determination of whether bonus abuse has occurred is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13.
All games offered on winph 2 — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, and virtual games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. RNG systems are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories to ensure compliance with PAGCOR fairness standards. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are derived from these certified audits and are published within each game's information panel.
Game results are final once confirmed by the game engine or live dealer as applicable. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a game error, winph 2 will investigate and apply fair resolution — which may include game round voiding and stake refund — at its sole discretion in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
winph 2 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulations. Reasonable grounds include but are not limited to: suspected fraud, suspected underage gambling, failure to complete KYC verification, or suspicious transaction activity.
Players may close their winph 2 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) banking days of account closure confirmation, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the Account Settings dashboard or by contacting winph 2 support. All content on the winph 2 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, trademarks, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to winph 2 and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the express written consent of winph 2.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph 2 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:
winph 2's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits winph 2's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
winph 2 collects, processes, stores, and protects Player personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations, as administered by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

By registering a winph 2 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of winph 2's services, you should first contact the winph 2 Player Support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. winph 2 will acknowledge all complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

These Terms and all matters arising from or connected to your use of winph 2 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would result in the application of a different jurisdiction's laws.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your account shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
